The 2019 La Sirena Cab is a deep, inky vermillion hue in the glass and leads with open ripe black fruit character on the nose. Notes of blackberry, currant, boysenberry, black cherry, licorice, cedar, all-spice and toast invite you to take a sip. This wine is big and elegant with a broad, silky-yet-powerful mouthfeel and flavor profile. Cherry and berry-like fruit dominate the palate, enhanced by a subtle accent of French oak and soft tannin structure. Delicious and balanced with finesse. A Napa Valley classic Cab that offers approachability on release but also tremendous potential for cellar aging.
